1.1ha of vineyard located in the village of Montes, Alcobaça. Facing northeast, with loamy-clay soils, it was planted in 2017 with the grape varieties Bical and Arinto, in a 2.35x1 spacing. Its exposure, combined with the soil texture, allows for the production of grapes with a good balance between sugars and acidity, as demonstrated by the editions of our white wine reference, Espera Bical & Arinto, released to date.

2.5 hectares of vineyard located near the Santa Rita Chapel in the village of Montes, Alcobaça. With southern exposure on clay-limestone soils, it was planted in 2019 with the grape varieties Castelão (on a slight east-facing slope) and Touriga Nacional (on more clay-rich soils with less active limestone). In 2022, the vineyard was further expanded with the Arinto variety, planted in a 2.4x1 spacing. Castelão and Arinto are situated on the more limestone-rich soils, giving the grapes remarkable freshness and a distinctive smoky character.
